COVID-19 FAQs

  • How can I reach the office?
    Even though our office is closed for routine appointments, we are still available by phone & text! Our office hours remain the same. Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM
  • What should I do if I have a pokey wire or broken bracket?
    Give us a call or text us! Our office is open for emergency appointments by appointment only when needed.
  • What if I had an appointment in April or May?
    Our office is rescheduling all appointments in April. We are waiting to hear from the Governor, ADA, CDA, and CDC on when we can reopen. For now, we are not rescheduling May appointments.
  • Is my treatment still on track?
    If you have Invisalign, most likely yes. If you are in braces, the answer is probably not. Depending on the mandated closure length, your treatment length might be extended. However, we will do everything we can to expedite treatment while creating the amazing results we are known for.
  • I was scheduled to have my braces removed. Can I still get them off?
    Removing braces doesn’t qualify as an orthodontic emergency so we can’t remove braces during our mandated closure. We’ll do our best to get you scheduled as soon as possible when our office reopens.
  • Should I continue wearing my Invisalign retainers?
    Please continue wearing your Invisalign retainers and moving up to the next set of trays. If you reach your final aligners, wear them until your next appointment.
  • Help! I need more rubber bands. Can I get more?
    ABSOLUTELY! Please call or text us and we will mail them directly to you!
  • I lost my retainer. Can I get a new one?
    YES! Please call or text our office and a Smile Squad member will assist you.
